The driving force behind Think Mint Media, Joyce started in advertising in 1983, founded TMM in 1995 and has made waves in the industry ever since. With Joyce, the proof is in the pudding, boasting a strong educational background and a long list of awards and nominations including Best Employer.

When not at the Think Mint Media offices, Joyce finds great ways to unwind, whether it’s fishing, fashion, fast cars, motorcycles or enjoying time with her beautiful family.

Brandi Bailey

Brandi has worked for Think Mint Media since 1998, and brings zest and enthusiasm to all she does. She loves the challenge of her work, but not as much as the people. “I am so lucky to work with colleagues, clients and suppliers that make every day fresh and interesting”. Brandi holds a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Communications and a Management Certificate in Organizational Leadership (both from BCIT). When she’s not keeping us on our toes, she loves to spend time with her young daughters, making up silly songs to entertain them (think Weird Al crossed with Charlotte Diamond).

Natasha McEwen
Natasha McEwenAccount Director (aka The Puppet Master)
Natasha helps ensure that each client gets the most – and very best – exposure possible. Her expertise stems from time spent on both agency and client sides of the media industry, as well as her extensive educational background, including an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Natasha is also Google Adwords Certified, a Certified Sales Executive, and is a Director on three not-for-profit boards, including the Association of Broadcast Communicators (ABCOM). When not developing strategic media plans, Natasha enjoys indulging her creative side and taking in Vancouver’s vibrant arts and cultural scene.

Chris Phillips
Chris PhillipsAccount Director (aka Dr. Digital)
Chris joined TMM in 2017 with 15 years of agency and client side experience. He holds diplomas in Marketing Management Communications from BCIT and General Arts from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. When he’s not managing client accounts and supporting the growth of TMM’s digital offerings, you can find Chris spending time with his family or playing poker. In fact, he’d love to enter the World Series of Poker one day. When asked, he’ll tell you he can’t pick just one favourite part of the industry, but he loves the power of digital media. “It’s creepy cool. It’s creepy how much data advertisers know about you, but it’s cool how niche you can target.”

 Sarah Rodrigues
Sarah RodriguesMedia Strategist (aka Eagle Eyes)
Sarah brings a wealth of experience in media and marketing, holding a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Communications (Direct Response Advertising) from BCIT. She has worked in the industry for over nine years, including two years client side in Senior Communications positions, as well as a previous stint at TMM as a Media Planner and Buyer, before taking time off to start a family. With her toddler in tow, Sarah spends her free time scouting new parks to explore and drinking copious amounts of coffee. She loves the people she gets to work with each day, and attributes her career comeback to not only her love of media, but to the great connections she’s made in the industry over the years.

Katey Werner
Katey Werner Media Buyer (aka Globe Trotter)
When she isn’t off adding more stamps to her passport, Katey helps ensure our media buys are fresh and strategic. She loves the variety and quick pace the media industry offers – and the awesome team at TMM, too. Have a cup of tea with her and she’ll tell you about her world travels, like the time she lived in Norwegian student housing, among the wild heather of Scotland, or in a palace in London. Luckily for us, she calls Vancouver home, where she graduated from BCIT’s Marketing Management – Communications program, as well as obtained a BA in History and a Certificate in Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University. Katey is also Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certified.

Meagan Hall
Meagan HallSocial Media Manager (aka Social Butterfly)
Meagan is our resident Social Butterfly and spends her days reaching targeted audiences and fostering engagement on social media. Armed with a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University, as well as experience in the fields of media, marketing, and editorial, Meagan strategically executes both organic and paid social media campaigns. A self-proclaimed social enthusiast, she spends an unhealthy amount of her spare time blogging, instagramming, snapping, pinning, and tweeting. In a previous life, Meagan was a competitive figure skater for over 20 years – which means we’re happy to let her manage the remote during the Olympics.

Jill Wildman
Jill WildmanAccounting (AKA TMM Chopin)
Jill is First Chair on our accounting and administration team – which means she helps keep our budgets and books on track and on target for all of our clients. Her interests are diverse: her (no longer) secret bucket list item is to sit down at a random piano and make beautiful music and if she weren’t so lovely we’d tell you to watch out – because she’s got a mean left hook!

Tara is our digital strategist from Spryberry Creative Strategy. With a background in communication strategy and a wealth of knowledge in digital advertising, search engine optimization, social media strategy and tactical development. She takes on the role of trainer and coach to keep us sharp and works closely with our team at our North Van offices.

Martin steps up to the plate to solve the mysteries of the Google Universe. Martin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Smartt in Vancouver and brings to TMM a wealth of knowledge on Google Analytics analysis and programming, as well as a deep understanding of Internet marketing, E-commerce, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, web analytics, web development, and Web 2.0.
